When I was in college in London, circa 1986-87, the London Planetarium, which is attached to Madame Tussauds, had these laser light shows on Friday and Saturday nights. A couple of my friends and I would go tie one on at the local pub and then go watch the pretty lights while they played Genesis tunes. Some nights, they'd have the wax museum open for the laser show patrons. I recall one night, when I'd had waaay too much cider, going into Madame Tussauds and talking to a wax figure for several minutes before I realized it wasn't responding.
Ah, youth! (Ah, liver that is glad I'm not a foolish college student anymore!)
